Usually not. POSBADA runs in Chrome on Windows or Mac computers, Android tablets and phones. For KOTs and bills, connect a USB thermal printer; we'll check your model during setup. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth printers aren't supported yet.
Yes. Cafes and quick-service counters bill fast and show ready orders on a TV. Cloud kitchens take delivery and pickup orders through their own online shop, with delivery zones and rider tracking. Dine-in restaurants get tables, waiters and QR table ordering.
Yes. POSBADA runs in Chrome on Android phones, tablets and computers. Waiters take orders on their phones, the counter bills on a computer or tablet, and owners check sales and alerts from anywhere.
Screens stay open and the order you're entering is saved on the device. For longer outages, offline support is included with POSBADA-HUB: keep taking orders, running the kitchen, billing and printing over your outlet's local network, and sync automatically when the internet returns. WhatsApp messages, online payments and new AI voice messages still need the internet.
Every screen works in English and Hinglish, and staff can switch anytime. Menu search understands Hindi names, and PITCH voice alerts can speak Hindi, English or any language your team uses.
Yes. GST tax invoices with CGST and SGST, or a bill of supply if you aren't GST-registered. Bill numbers run per financial year, and bills can't be edited once issued.
POSBADA takes 0% commission and charges no platform fee on your orders. Cash and UPI to your own UPI ID come straight to you. Prepaid online orders are collected through an RBI-authorised payment gateway by Ankaavi Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and paid out to your bank every week. If you don't accept an order, the guest is refunded automatically.
Yes. One owner login covers all your branches, each with its own staff, menu and reports. Customers and loyalty points are shared across branches.
PITCH is a smart announcement system by KnownSense. A small controller connects to your speakers: POSBADA tells it what to announce to your team, and you can schedule or repeat promotions for your guests. The PITCH software is included with POSBADA; the speakers are a one-time hardware cost.
