Selling at a fair or event? Run your stall on POSBADA.

Selling at an event, a fair, a college fest or a wedding for a few days is not the same as running a shop. You need a fast counter, a token for every order, bills that show the event address, and a clear answer at the end: what sold, and when.

An event stall in POSBADA is exactly that: a temporary counter with its own orders, tokens and report, kept apart from your shop so nothing gets mixed up. You can run one next to your shop, or start with a stall if you have no shop at all.

• Name the stall, for example “Diwali Fair stall”
• Pick the days. A stall runs for up to 7 days
• Add where the event is. The address prints on your bills
• Choose items from your shop menu, or start with an empty menu
• Set event-only prices. Your shop's own prices do not change

If you already bill with POSBADA, the stall uses your GST details. If you do not, it starts with a bill of supply so your first sale can be billed straight away.

A stall sells through the counter. The customer pays, the token prints, and the next person steps up. There are no tables and no kitchen tickets, so the screens you do not need at a stall are not there: Tables, Kitchen, Leads, Customers, Stock, Online shop and Offers stay hidden.

Open the report during the event or after it. It shows what you need to know and nothing more.

• How people paid
• Top items, with how many sold
• Your busiest hours, so you know when to stock up next time

After the last day the stall closes by itself and becomes read-only. The report stays available, and a permanent summary is kept after 30 days.
