How much does POSBADA cost?
₹999 a month per outlet, plus GST, for every feature. Your first 3 months are free. WhatsApp is optional at ₹500 a month per outlet, billed from the month you switch it on, so POSBADA with WhatsApp comes to ₹1,499 a month per outlet.
What happens after the 3 free months?
If POSBADA works for you, carry on at ₹999 a month per outlet, billed monthly. If it doesn't, just stop. There's no contract, and no card is needed to start.
Is there a yearly plan?
No. POSBADA is billed month by month, so you never pay for a year upfront and you can stop anytime.
Does POSBADA work without internet?
Yes, with POSBADA-HUB, which is included. Keep taking orders, running the kitchen, billing and printing over your outlet's local network, and everything syncs when the internet returns. WhatsApp messages, online payments and new AI voice messages still need the internet.
Does PITCH cost extra?
The PITCH software is included, with no separate subscription, advertising fee or scheduling fee. PITCH speakers are a one-time hardware cost. Generating extra AI speech is charged at usage cost only, and replaying saved audio is free.
Does POSBADA take a commission on online orders?
No. POSBADA takes 0% commission and charges no platform fee on orders from your own shop. Prepaid orders are paid out to your bank every week.
