- Zomato: the settlement reportThe weekly Excel report named like Zomato_Settlement_Report_….xlsx. Find it under Payouts in the Zomato restaurant partner app or dashboard.
- Not the PDFsThe tax invoice and payment advice are summaries. The Excel report has every order, which is what the checker needs.

What the checker looks for
- Commission, and whether it was charged on the bill including GST
- Long-distance, payment and Swiggy One fees, order by order
- 18% GST on every fee
- Ads, including ads for your other outlets taken from this payout
- Discounts you funded, as a share of your menu prices
- Earlier dues recovered from this payout, and TDS you can claim back

Is my payout report uploaded anywhere?
No. The checker reads the file inside your browser. It isn't sent to POSBADA or anyone else, and nothing is kept after you close the page.
Which files does the payout checker read?
Swiggy's weekly payout annexure and Zomato's weekly settlement report, as the Excel (.xlsx) files you download from the apps. PDF invoices and payment advice don't list orders, so they won't work.
Why is my commission higher than my contract rate?
Commission can be charged on more than the food: on the Swiggy report we checked, it was worked out on the bill including GST. Long-distance, payment and membership fees, 18% GST on every fee and ads come on top.
What about Toing orders?
Toing is a separate delivery service from Swiggy, with its own commission, and its orders come in the same Swiggy payout annexure. The checker shows Toing on its own, so its numbers never mix with your Swiggy numbers.
What does the percentage in the result mean?
It is everything the app kept that week, commission, fees, GST on the fees and ads, divided by your food sales before GST. Discounts you funded are shown separately.
What does POSBADA charge for online orders?
POSBADA takes 0% commission and charges no platform fee on orders from your own shop, and the software is ₹999 a month per outlet, with the first 3 months free.
